                I sometimes get confused with dividing decimals.

    The trick is to mulitply numerator and denominator first to make the denominator a whole number.  For instance, 
1.0023 divided by .003
If you multiply numerator and denominator by 1000 (to make the three thousandths a whole), you now have..
1002.3 divided by 3
Second example:
10.3 divide by 2.03
multiply both by 100 to make the 2.03 change to 203, a whole. You now have
1030 divded by 203
Of course, if you use a calculator, you don't need to do this.
