You're absolutely right that no tutor here can help you with this directly since I doubt anyone here has read this book.
For this particular essay, though, you'll have to think about what has happened in the story up to this point:
Think about how the characters' thoughts and actions lead up to this point.
Then think about the main character and maybe one or two others and clarify in your mind what "up to this point" means in terms of the story. What has happened up to that point? Who are the main characters? What did each do? Was any of them beginning to have thoughts or actions different from how he or she acted at the beginning of the book?
Think! Then make a plan or outline that ends with "this point" in the story. Start writing.
