It sounds like you're in a tough situation! It's understandable that you feel attached to the kittens, especially since they are part of your cat's family. Here are a few things you might consider:

  1. Talk to Your Dad: Have an open conversation with your dad about why you want to keep the kittens. Share your feelings and see if there's a compromise you both can agree on.

  2. Finding Homes: If your dad insists on selling them, maybe you can help find good homes for the kittens. You can ask friends, family, or look for local adoption events. That way, you can feel more involved in the process.

  3. Responsibility: Discuss what it would mean to take care of four cats. Can you handle the extra responsibility? Maybe you could create a plan to help with feeding, cleaning, and vet visits, showing your dad that you are ready for it.

  4. Long-Term Solution: Consider discussing spaying your cat to prevent future litters. It can also help alleviate some concerns your dad might have about the situation.

Remember, it's important to respect your dad's wishes while also expressing your feelings. Good luck!
