Have you tried substitution?
In the second problem,
x = -6 - (3/2)y
-30 -(15/2)y = 4y -30
y = 0
5x = -30
x = -6
In the second problem,
x = -6 - (3/2)y
-30 -(15/2)y = 4y -30
y = 0
5x = -30
x = -6
