Problems that occur or have occurred when drugs or alcohol are involved are not acceptable. So, I how can i start and develop a story please. I appreciated it!

Brainstorm. Write down the ideas that come to you -- even if they seem stupid or silly.

The question is asking for your experience with a communication problem. We've all had some problems when we didn't understand someone or someone didn't understand what we meant.
