I need to write 2 process essays. Any good ideas? I know there's so many things I can do, but it's hard to come up with a good one.

You need to write about something you know about. You might write one of them about something somewhat humorous -- like how to con a little kid into going to bed early or how to convince your parents to give you extra money.
