I need to make a recommendation analysis of how large firms and small firms could utilize change management concepts to meet growing technology needs. I need to provide one example for a large company and one for a small company of necessary changes resulting from these growing technology demands. I know alot about change management such as communication etc but not involving technology. can someone point me in the right direction. I need to have a 200 word analysis. Thank you for your help
