Shipp is the only co-founder remaining since both Daniels and Winborne have graduated. She started off as a secretary and is currently an executive producer. Shipp says that YBOT has taught her to communicate with finesse and tact and also helped her to be more flexible.
“Things don’t always go the way you plan when it comes to creating and watching them develop. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it in the end,” Shipp says.
As a fellow YBOT e-board member, Winborne says that Shipp always gave her best effort. She says one thing that stood out about Shipp is that she was always eager to learn and help where she could.
“She was very passionate about the organization and sacrificed a lot to help it grow.”
In regards to Shipp’s personality, Winborne describes her as upbeat, focused, friendly, and spirited
“She has a personality that lights up a room. It’s very hard not to like Pasha, she carries kindness and positivity everywhere she goes,” Winborne says.
Theresa Ghiloni, original e-board member of YBOT, says that Shipp is a team player. She says Shipp’s promotion of teambuilding is what makes YBOT a team, and also makes the working environment pleasant.
“She made sure there was the fun intimate aspect to what we do as an organization instead of just meeting up twice a week to shoot videos. We all really became friends and got to know each other and build relationships, which made our videos better,” Ghiloni says.
