b)To what extent do the objectives of various subunits of your university complement or contradict each other?

c)Who are the major constituencies served by your university? What role do they play in the formation of these objectives?

First you need to find out your university's objectives. They're probably on your school's web site.

Then you need to analyze your experiences and how they relate to your university's objectives.
