I need help writing a résume and cover page. Here's the assignment:Write a letter to the address below. You are responding to an advertisement from the Willamette Company for a job opening as an office assistant. You did some research and learned that the person to whom the application should be sent is Ms. Katrina N. D. Waives. You are going to enclose a résumé and three letters of reference. Your résumé will have details about your qualifications, so you should just give a brief but inviting overview of them here. In addition, your letter will include a very important paragraph that is not normally a part of a business letter. You will tell what format you are using for your letter where you got the information on this format.

Address of the Willamette Company: 355 Buck Hill Road, Portland, Oregon 48792.

I got it all done until the 1st paragraph of the résume?

Dear Ms. Brown:

(double space)

I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, Jane Doe, in your support division. Her calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high. Her knowledge of the software and her remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. If the quality of a firm's employees is an indication of future success, then Doe Corporation has a very bright future.

Sincerely,

Dear __________:

When writing a letter using block form, no lines are indented. Include your name, address, and phone number where you can be contacted, as well as the date. You then include the name and address of the person you are sending the letter to.

With new paragraphs, just skip a line instead of indenting.

Add your phone number where you can be contacted in the last paragraph. If the receiver needs to use a relay service to call you, briefly explain that you are deaf/ hard-of-hearing and that s/he can call you through relay. Give the receiver his/her state relay number and explain that s/he will need to give the operator your number. Then give him/her your number.

Sincerely,
