I need help with this one, could someone tell me how I would be able to do this?

1. Find the percent of change when the price of a radio changes from $40.00 to $44.00.
A. 10% decrease
B. 10% increase
C. 36.4% decrease
D. 40% increase

change: 44-40 = +4

% change: 4/40 = 1/10 = +10%

% change is figured by dividing the change amount by the starting value.
