I need help with the following:

Given below is the position-time graph representing motions of two runners, Nick and Ian. Use this graph to determine which runner has greater average velocity.

For this one, I know the answer is 2m/0s, but I don't know if they want me to explain how I got the answer or not explain. I know how to get the answer, and I know what I have to explain.

Please help, and I will appreciate it.

Do you guys think I should explain how I got my answer, or do you guys think I shouldn't explain my answer?

I know how to do this type of science, so if you guys say yes or no, that will be fine. Also, if you guys say yes, I will explain, but if you guys say no, I will only put the answer of 2m/0s. I will appreciate it if you guys help.
I have no idea what you are asking. average velocity is the slope of the endpoint on the distance/time graph
All I am asking is to see if I need to explain my answer or not. I do not know if I should explain or not.
Can you tell me why you don't understand what I am asking please?
