I don't know the line bar method, at least by that name. I have used ICE charts and that may be the same thing.To find mL you need the density too.
First, the equation isn't balanced. It should be
Cl2P4(s) + 5Cl2(g) ==> 4PCl3(g)
Convert 50 g Cl2 to mols. mol = grams/molar mass = ?
Now convert mols Cl2 to mols of the product using the coefficients in the balanced equation.
mols Cl2 x (4 mol PCl3/5 mol Cl2) = ?
Then convert to g. g = moles x molar mass.
You use the density, not posted, to convert to mL. mL = mass/density.
