I need help when you type boeuf in french how to you make the "o" and the "e" come together.

It depends on what computer and OS you are using.
If you are using a PC with Windows, then do the following:
Hold down the Alt key while you press these numbers on the number pad (not the numbers across the top of the keyboard):
Alt + 0156 = œ (lower case)
Alt + 0140 = Π(capital)
