I need help to understand conceptual goals and practical goals: very vague questions provided. The definition I was provided for conceptual goals-you want your audience members to change beliefs and attitudes. The definition I was provided for a practical goal you have a specific action in mind and try to convince your audience that it should take this action. Inspire action out there.

Please go back and read the definitions of each of those terms again. #s 1, 6, and 10 are correct, but you have too many of the others incorrectly marked. Please review those seven and let us know what you decide.

Practical -- "you have a specific action in mind and try to convince your audience that it should take this action"

Conceptual -- "you want your audience members to change beliefs and attitudes" (I take this to mean there's no specific action indicated; just the overall idea, hoping the audience will change beliefs.)
The way you explained conceptual makes more sense-just the overall idea, hoping the audience will change beliefs. Now it is starting to click. Thank You for all your help. It is greatly appreciated.
