1/5(2x - 10)+4x= -3(1/5x +4)
clear parentheses:
2/5 x - 2 + 4x = -3/5 x - 12
Now get all the x stuff on one side:
2/5 x + 4x + 3/5 x = 2-12
2/5 + 3/5 = 1, so
5x = -10
x = -2
clear parentheses:
2/5 x - 2 + 4x = -3/5 x - 12
Now get all the x stuff on one side:
2/5 x + 4x + 3/5 x = 2-12
2/5 + 3/5 = 1, so
5x = -10
x = -2
Thank you so much!
