The numbers on top and bottom of the 1. , 2. , 3. And 4 are supposed to the numerator and denominator of the fraction in the equation

write your equations like this:
(5/13)t = -18
multiply each side by 13
5t = -234
divide both sides by 5
t = -234/5 = -46.8
if #2 is
6 = (x+2)/3
same concept, multiply each side by 3, that clears the fraction
18 = x+2
continue
#3
13 + w/7 = -18
same thing, multiply each term by 7, etc
#4, the easiest of the four
17 = -13 - 8x
add 13 to both sides, then divide both sides by -8
(5/13)t = -18
multiply each side by 13
5t = -234
divide both sides by 5
t = -234/5 = -46.8
if #2 is
6 = (x+2)/3
same concept, multiply each side by 3, that clears the fraction
18 = x+2
continue
#3
13 + w/7 = -18
same thing, multiply each term by 7, etc
#4, the easiest of the four
17 = -13 - 8x
add 13 to both sides, then divide both sides by -8
