I need help on a washington state bill for my class and I have to eithe be for or against it. this bill is caled initiative 960 and it concerns taxes.I need this report done and I am stuck.

Initiative 960 would require that any tax or fee increase be approved by either 2/3 of the legislature or by a majority of voters. These sites explain it.
