I think it's 4/15 because your multiplying.

B) 6/11 × 2/7

I think it's 12/77 your multiplying

C) 5/9 × 1.5

My answer is 2.7

2/3 of 2/7=4/21
5/9 of 1.5=5/9 * 3/2=15/18=5/6

of means times. Numerator times numerator divided by denominator times denominator
