Whenever there is replacement, then the events do not affect each other. Or, if the events are unrelated, as with dice and spinners, they are independent.
6: 1/2 * 1/2 = 1/4
7: 1/2 * 3/6 = 1/4
8: 20 total marbles, so
7/20 * 6/20
9: 1/2 * 3/6 (primes are 2,3,5)
10: 3 vowels, 2 P's, 9 total, so
3/9 * 2/9

And @Grace
It's not cheating unless you ask "HEY I NEED THE ANSWERS WHAT ARE THEY?!" because that's obviously cheating. Asking for help on Jiskha isn't cheating, as there are tutors here to help the children learn the stuff.
If you think it's cheating, you aren't told to come on here.
