I need help for this product.

Obviously aluminum is used because of cost (including ease of recycling) and resistance to corrosion. You don't want the carbonic acid (from CO2) in the liquid to be leaching metal ions into the drink. Many are toxic. As for the manufacturing process, see

I don't know what you mean by a selection chart.

Many types of food still use zinc-coated steel "tin" cans, but soft drinks do not. That is probably a cheaper option.

"Tin" cans are apparently coated with a tin coating, not zinc, over steel. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tin_can
