I'm not familiar with tutorvista, but I agree that it looks good on the surface. It also can provide the same tutor again at your request.
I have some experience with Tutor.com and found that the competency of the tutors varies quite a bit.
I suggest you try both services. Tutorvista promises a refund if you're not satisfied, while Tutor.com is free if you have a card for one of its participating public libraries. If not, it allows you to try 10 minutes for free.

I love this jiskha service so far. It's been extremely helpful, however I was wondering if there were pay services that offered a little more.
Sometimes I don't get answers to homework problems I'm stuck on. I think it's harder to get help on some college level courses, for example.
