I know this question should not be here but my samsung galaxy s5 is not working. The screen will come but i can not do anything. Technically it is frozen. I have tried every method. I tried to take the battery out. It did not work. I also tried to reboot it but the options were not working. I have been trying so i would appreciate if someone can help me. Thank you
