i know this question has been asked many times but PLEASE could anyone tell me if twinkle twinkle little star is an example of a song played in ternary form.

The middle "B" part of the ternary ABA form is where the key changes to a related key. In this case, that occurs at: "up above the world so high...like a diamond in the sky".
