Multiply (16p^2+4p+1) by 4p, and then subtract (16p^2+4p+1) from what you get.
64p^3 + 16 p^2 + 4p - 16p^2 -4p -1
= 64 p^3 -1.

64p^3 is the product of the 16 p^2 and 4p terms. I suggest you review the distributive propery of algebra:
a (b +c) = ab + ac
