I have two problems that I need to figure out. First, I cannot access my authenticator code for my Roblox account because the code is going to my old iPad instead of my new iPad. Second, I’ve downloaded the authenticator app onto my new iPad but it won’t allow me to sign into the app. In order to get the backup code to login to the Authenticator app, it’s saying you must already have the app. How do I solve these two problems?
