I have to use end notes for a project I am doing on a famous dead person. I am using information from the person's medical record and diaries and such. But I am not using direct quotes but just a few pieces of information here and there. Ex: William was born on august 15, 1990.
Do i need to put end notes for things like this?

No. However, you should include your sources in your bibliography.

when should I use end notes. because it says to use it for quotes, and in-text references. what are in text-references?

An intext reference might be something like this: Professor Jacob cited statistics showing that women are smarer than men.
