I have researched this a little but am still not sure what the answer is...

Why was Sir Thomas More beheaded? With waht did he disagree?

He was beheaded for Treason against the King, he had would not agree that the King has the authority to take himself (the King) as head of the Church. This did not set well with the King.
King Henry VIII set himself up as the head of the Church in England. Sir Thomas More disagreed, stating that the Pope in Rome was the head of all Christian churches. For that he was found guilty of treason and beheaded for going against the king.
