i have a graph that shows the motion of a cyclist.

as the velocity(m/s) goes up:1, 2, 3... the elapsed time(s) also increases, 2, 4, 6...
when the velocity is on 2 the time is on 2, when the velocity is on 3 the time is on 4...
the line that is drawn points upward

my question is, is the acceleration constant, decreasing, or increasing.. i know the formula for acceleration is is velocity/time.so i think the answer is decreasing???

If v increases with time, the bike is accelerating. In this case, the acceleration appears (from your description) to be constant since the change in velocity per time interval remains the same.
