I have a 15 page paper due tomorrow. I finished the paper, and edited it and all, that's not my problem. My cover page is a work of art that I designed and I wanted to put a note on how it relates to my essay. How would I go about doing this? Do I add a page at the back after the citations? If so, what do I title the page?

Just refer to it as your title page ... or maybe the title page's artwork.
