How will calf stretches help my physical fitness? I think it will boost my muscular endurance, which is good for my exercise, wall sit, and second it will improve my flexibility.
How will wall sit help my physical fitness? I think this activity will improve my muscular endurance (hopefully a lot) in my calves and will help my physical fitness because it makes it easier to carry out many of my everyday activities. This activity will also improve my muscular strength in my thighs and calves, and will help my physical fitness because even small increases in strength can make a big difference in my ability to stay independent and carry out everyday activities.
How will thigh stretch help my physical fitness? I think this activity will help improve my flexibility and will improve my physical fitness because this will give me more freedom of movement for other exercises as well as for my everyday activities. I don't have a second one. Please help me on that.
