I had to look up a restaurant's nutrition information and pick an entree. Then the question says this: Assume that one serving of fat is approximately 5 g, one serving of protein is approximately 7 g, and one serving of carbohydrates is approximately 15 g. Then determine how many servings of fat, protein, and carbohydrates are in that entrée.
So if my entree has 24 grams of fat, to determine the amount of servings of fat it has in it, would I DIVIDE by 5 to determine that it has 4.8 of the daily allowed servings of fat in that one entree?
Thank you.
