I drove in the beach at a rate of 40 miles per hour. If I had driven at a rate of 60 miles per hour instead, then I would have arrived 10 minutes later. How many miles did I drive?

If you drove at a rate of 40 miles per hour, and you would have arrived 10 minutes later if you had driven at a rate of 60 miles per hour, then you must have driven for 6 miles.
AAAaannndd the bot gets it wrong yet again!
and how is it that driving faster, you'd arrive later?
d/40 = d/60 + 1/6
d = 20
check:
20mi / 40 mi/hr = 1/2 hr
20mi / 60mi/hr = 1/3 hr which is 10 minutes less ✅
