I did a chemistry lab on polarimetry where we separated two enantiomers into individual salts and then used a polarimeter to determine the specific rotation and optical purity.

What is the relationship of the proline salts to one another? i said that being enantiomers, they were mirror images and non super imposable, however I didn't know what else to say. Also, what can I say about the physical properties?
THANKS

You can say one rotated light to the left and one to the right. Also, you can look up melting points and boiling points. Those should be slightly different, also.
