AX+BY=C SOLVE FOR Y

AX+BY=C SOLVE FOR Y
subtract AX from both sides.
AX - AX + BY = C - AX
combine terms.
BY = C - AX
divide both sides by B
BY/B = (C-AX)/B
Y = (C-AX)/B
