you have to subtract the width of the frame, both top and bottom. The remaining height is occupied by the picture

5 2/3 * 2 = 10 4/3 = 11 1/3

now subtract that from the overall height, and you have

25 5/6 - 11 1/3
= 25 5/6 - 11 2/6
= 25-11 + 5/6 - 2/6
= 14 3/6
= 14 1/2
