My Topic I am making the AD is: Proportions: When are two fractions ever a perfect match to each other?

I don't understand what my topic is and what to write???

I don't think you've gotten an answer because we don't know what this topic is either.

If your question is when are two fractions a perfect match -- it could be something like this:
1/2 = 2/4
3/4 = 6/8

If that doesn't help, please ask your teacher for an explanation.
