"over or divided by" is either useless or redundant
Now, if you meant
(x^2+8x+16)/(x+4) that is just x+4, since
x^2+8x+16 = (x+4)^2
where does the x+2 stuff come from?
I am trying to solve x with degree 2 + 8x +16 over or divided by x + 4 = -1/ x+ 2
