I'd turn it around. Sales clerks GIVE change; they don't receive it.
So ... how about a customer who receives too much change from the clerk? The clerks have to balance out their cash drawers at the end of their shifts. A clerk who gives too much change will not balance, and often have to make up the difference from their own money or paycheck.
Write it up and see what happens!
I am suppose to write a paper on ethical
dilemma.I was thinking about writing about
a woman who works in retail sales and a
customer gives her to much change. I was thinking that would be an ethical dilemma.
I was wondering what anybody thinks. I really don't know where to start. Can someone please help me.
