I am lost. Find dy/dx by implicit differentiation.
1) 5y-2x^2=x-3
1 answer
5(dy/dx) - 4x(dx/dx) = dx/dx - 0
but dx/dx = 1, so you get
5dy/dx - 4x = 1
5dy/dx = 1+4x
dy/dx = (1+4x)/5
