I am in need of assistance with the following problem: v-4(4-v) = -2(2v-1)
I don't want an answer I will work the problem myself I just need some one to assist me with the detailed rule or formula to work the problem. I have been on multiple sites trying to find something to assist me but I have been unsuccessful. I really need help with this. If anyone is able to assist me I would greatly appeciate it. God Bless
Multiply out the expressions on both sides, and then combine similar terms (constants and terms containing "v") on separate sides of the equation.
First step:
v - 16 + 4v = -4v +2
Second step:
9v = 18
Final step:
Divide both sides of the equation by 9
