I am having trouble locating this spanish word "pasapurés". It is in reference to a kitchen utensil. But I am unable to figure out the breakdown of these words to get the actual word in english. I think pasar is to pass and pures is just pures. But what exactly is the english meaning?
This site -- a computer translation of a Spanish page -- tells about and shows a picture of a pasapure.

My mother had a utensil like this, but I can't remember what we called it. However these two sites call it a puree sieve or a food mill.

Now, I remember. :-) We called it a Foley food mill, perhaps because the original manufacture was Foley (?).
