I forgot to say this. What formula am I suppose to use? The one to find surface area?
Since this is not my area of expertise, I searched Google under the key words "cone area" to get these possible sources:

http://math.about.com/od/formulas/ss/surfaceareavol_2.htm
http://www.uwm.edu/~ericskey/TANOTES/Geometry/node15.html
http://www.webcalc.net/calc/0040_help.php
http://www.rdrop.com/~half/math/cone/surface.area.xhtml
http://www.mathsteacher.com.au/year10/ch14_measurement/18_cone/20cone.htm

In the future, you can find the information you desire more quickly, if you use appropriate key words to do your own search.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
