I am down to 5 out of 49 problems that I can't figure out. Help is very much appreciated. Thanks !

c^2 +8c +15 =0

If you are down to 5, why did you post 8?

Are you supposed to factor this?
It looks like (c+5) is one of them.
For factoring, you have to find which two numbers add to the middle term and multiply to the last term. What two numbers add to 8 and multiply to 15? drwls started you off by saying 5 is one of them: (c+5).
A COUPLE OF THEM I COULD NOT CANCEL BUT POSTED A MESSAGE SAYING NEVERMIND. I ACTUALLY HAVE ONLY FOUR I COULDNT FIGURE OUT. THANKS ! (DIDNT KNOW CAPS LOCK WAS ON, =)
