i am doing my dissertation and i need to find a model to determine the optimum level of bank reserve ratio. i have looked at Richard Cothren (1987)’s journal entitled “
Asymmetric Information and Optimal Bank Reserves”. but i want to find a SIMPLE MODEL to do so. can anyonehelp me?
