I am doing a paper on not for profit and for profit health care organizations and i am confused I know for profit is to make money and not for profit has more of the charity help but when i do a search i always get non-for profit so is for-profit organizations (private not-for-profit)? http://www.google.com/search?q=not+for+profit+health+organizations&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&client=firefox-a&rlz=1R1GGLL_en___US379

http://www.google.com/search?q=for+profit+health+organizations+-non+-not&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=Mcv&rlz=1R1GGLL_en___US379&num=10&lr=&ft=i&cr=&safe=images&tbs=

In order to get the 2nd set of search results, I used Google Advanced -- http://www.google.com/advanced_search -- and entered this in the 1st search box:
for profit health organization

Before clicking on Search, however, I also entered non not in the 4th search box.

That's the only way I know to keep unwanted words out of a search.
