Can somebody be so kind and correct my essay on " Being a surgeon is very stressful"
I would really appreciate it, because my english is not perfect and I think I made some mistakes :)

According to my opinion being a surgeon is one of the most stressful jobs in the whole world.
A surgeon’s life is very comlicated and difficult. For them it’s not just wake up at 6:00 am in the morning,take a shower, drink a coffee, eat a toast, get int he car and go to work,than finish at 5:00 pm, go home to your family, eat dinner and have a good sleep.
They dont’t have a „normal” working day, they can never take their job airy, they always have to be ready and prepared, they can never be lazy. They have to concentrate all the time, and there are some serious instructions which they have to follow. Eg.: after xx hours working,they have to lay down and sleep ( each of them has got a small room with a be din the hospital). And why is this neccesary? Our lives are in their hands literally. A small error can prove fatal. And if a patient dies on the table, that is their responsibility. Only one small mistake can cost someone’s life. Surgeons are often tired because they need to keep their concentration for long periods of time. They are always under pressure and stress, and these can be the causer of many serious problem. When we are stressed the following happens: breathing becomes more rapid: this can be very uncomfortable during a surgery; immune system goes down; and we do not sleep : for a surgeon it makes everything very difficult.
Surgeons work long, irregular hours, sometimes 60 hours or more a week. Competition and the very long hours can make their life very stressful and probably shortened. So it is obvious that if they don’t want to stress all the time, they have to find a way to relax.
Firs of all I’d suggest to them to talk to their friends, family, colleagues or boss. Sometimes the most simple thing can be the most effective. Surgeons are under a lot of pressure every day, and it could be very helpful to express their thoughts and worries to someone they love or to someone they can trust. And if they still can feel the stress they should try some relaxation techniques like massage, yoga, and mediation. These have been known to greatly help people with stress. Some outdoor activities can also get rid of stress. Do some sport, because during moving you don’t have to think about your worries, you don’t have to concentrate. And at last if none of these techniques helped, you should seek professional help, because you can’t let your life be full of stress.
