How would you prepare a 250 mL solution of . 45 M from a stock solution of 5.5 M?

Is that 45M or 0.45M?
mL x M = mL x M

.45M

The formula I showed is for 0.45M.

.45M X 250 Ml/ 5.5M= 21 ML of 5.5M stock solution.
