How would you make a serial dilution if you have a starting value 100mM of X

The are the values of X show different dilutions. I think she wants to know starting from 100mM of X how you would get the X values through a serial dilution.
X
0
1
3
1
10
30
100

If you could help me out by start me off because I am kind of confused with the question. Help is appreciated.

Here is something to remember: If you want to dilute something ten times: add nine parts water to one part original.

If you want to diltue something by a factor of XXX, take (XXX-1) parts of solvent, add one part original.

If you memorize this technique, it saves a lot of crazy calculations each time you have to dilute.

I am uncertain to the meaning of the table of values you typed, the formatting came out weird.
