How would the world be different if countries could resolve their differences?

Oh my! What a wonderful change! No wars! No bloodshed! No war-related deaths.
The world would be a place you would have ever imagined:-)
The problem is that most of the wars in the last 64 years have been civil wars -- Korea, Vietnam, Rwanda, and on and on. They've been fought between different parts of or ethnic groups within countries.
We seem to have avoided war between nations.
